You should be fine tanking as long as you know things such as fire wall=bad

i got both the gloves and the pants after i tanked him...had blues in those slots

yeah, you'd do good (if you know how to tank atleast but i guess that's not a prob and if you know the tacts), but get way more hp, especially enchants can help with that
