2. VT
3. DP
4. MB
5. SW:P

So considering it's the 3rd highest source of damage... no, its not.

I'm sorry, I should have elaborated. I only meant in relation to soloing. The spell takes 24 seconds to get the full benefit.

For soloing/questing and such, don't use it.

VT, MB, MF and the occasional SWP and Mind Sear should be enough.

Pestilence - spreads ALL (not just the DKs) diseases to nearby target.

Synergi is not a bug. There's oh-so-few encounters with several targets in close enough range for Pestilence to work.
