doesnt look too bad!

1st and biggest suggestion from me: drop 1 point somewhere and get mark of blood. helps your group a lot.

2nd I think its a nice idea to make obliterate not remove the diseases.
Still the problem I have with it is that you have to spend so many points on frost talents you cant really take the benefit from, e.g. glacier rot. I would maybe consider dropping frost totally and get some more unholy... but thats just my suggestion, I dont have the numbers if obliterate is such a strong dmg attack with your blood talents that it might be worth 13 talent points. i just doubt it.

No actual build there... honestly, I'm curious to see the damage on plague strike before I decide on a "new" build...
