I've heard some rumours about this but I can't be sure so I thought I'd ask:
Does Seals of the Pure also increase the damage done with Seal of Martyr/Blood? (Even thought it's not in the tooltip.)

No, you are thinking of Judgement of the pure which is in the bottom of the holy tree. :-\
