So it's Vuhdo that makes those splashy debuffs/PW:S etc animations on grid? I've been trying to figure that out for forever. And I failed with Vuhdo so hard once that I'm afraid to try again.

OT, I'm using the basic Lui, on non-wide screen =(

my alt, same deal just switch the hotbar around and paste healbot somewhere off to the left side and done.

funny story about this pic. Horde shaman in AV was controlling 9 shamans and at the end he popped all CDs. Top quality nerd right there.

Yup its vuhdo, and the middle icon its some "auto" thingy that shows when ur chain heal will heal more than 15000, but i dont use it really, otherwise its just 4 icons for healing, and the 1px black border around is something u can make in vuhdo.

I'll be losing keybinding text and adding Red range or something similar. Would you say a completely different chat addon? I'm not sure if basic chat mods can fade tabs.

Lots of work to do today, fix border around debuff bars, do up panels for Target frame, find positioning. More pics incoming before I leave for work

EDIT : Just forgot, have to decide if I want to create a new panel for DPS meter, I'm thinking of not including threat/dps meter

Chatter automatically hides and fades chat and chat tabs. I'd say try that out.

    Here's an updated in-combat screenshot

    - Debuff bar borders have been fixed
    - Hotkeys are hidden
    - Freebtip positioned properly

    http://i.imgur.com/LguvJ.jpg

    To do

    - Class-colored tooltip border isn't working
    - Don't like the thin black border on Freebtip, doesn't match anything ( not even Aurora )
    - Have to remove a LOT of fat from my addon folder

@care: what0s the font you're using in the second link in your sig? the "most minimalistic and functional" one.

Something I may suggest is making health bars change colour with health %? Starts black at 100%, then works its way down to red at 0%. I say this because when I looked at the updated screenshot everything just seemed to be 'too grey' and I had to sit forward to try and establish any sense in the screenshot. That's just me anyway.

I've had UIs in the past that I can understand completely, which is what matters most but sometimes other people may not fully see what you've done and get a little confused.

I've never done it myself, but I believe all you have to do it zip your WTF and Add-ons folder and then upload the zip file somewhere.

Ever so slightly modified version of FreeUI, the only UI I can use without hating myself.

Also you can use any kind of programs\services that can store your UI. Such as Curse.com and Curse client.

Totally can see where you are coming from, here's a couple of things I had in mind

    - Debuff bars need stronger color
    - I need to make class colored borders work with Freebtip despite Aurora reskinning it

Yeah about the healthbar thing, it's already built into the oUF I'm using I believe it goes yellow at 40% and red at 10

WoW standard UI works for me.

    Addons
    AtlasLoot
    Bagnon
    DBM
    OmniCC
    Prat

Recently uninstalled Recount because i get better FPS in 25m raids without it.

What font are you using for Unitframes/dps meter/DBM?
btw tipp change dmg font so it matches rest of UI or even better make configure it as mirror to healing income. I mean going up from Target frame.

Still very much WIP but I'm trying to come up with new ways to display CDs around my unitframes...

    There's 3 things I changed mainly:

    - I realised I didn't need to have my action bars (the ones I had at the bottom) displayed during fights so they are now hidden upon entering combat. This gave me the space to make my forte CD bar a bit bigger.

    - I also decided that it was useless to display one's full character frame as a healer (including your name, health etc.) because one can already see most of that information on the raid frames so I turned my character frame into a big mana bar which you can see below the holy power bar and which allows for better mana management (for me at least)

    - Finally, I realised that during progression fights, no fancy set of Power Auras beats a good old icon in terms knowing extremely fast which CDs you have available, what's the remaining CD on your main abilities etc.
So I build 3 sets of dynamic groups with Weak Auras (mana CDs, directly linked to my mana bar, Power CDs on the right side of the unit frame and Defensive CDs on the left side) which allow for such an icon display. What you'll notice is that the icons dynamically reposition themselves so that available CDs are always displayed closest to the unit frames, which I find cool =D and really helpful in knowing at a glance what CDs I have available

For examples of how dynamic repositioning works in the video, you can watch around 1'15'' when i use Divine Plea + Arcane torrent or towards the end of the video when I use a lot of CDs + some abilities come out of CD.

Constructive feedback welcome as always =)
