It's changed a little since then, but I use Dominos, Pitbull, KGpanels, ButtonFacade, Carbonite, Grid, Quartz, Prat, PoMTracker and ClearFont2. Omen, Recount, Outfitter and DBM for other essential functions.

I am finally done with my user interface! I got my inspiration from Vexione, who has made an awesome looking UI, and I downloaded Atallicus’ UI package, which made it much easier to furthermore customize the UI. This "version" of the inspired UI is more for a healer, because the player and target frame has been moved so Grid could be centered, some things are removed as target debuffs/buffs and target's target, because I don't use it when raid healing. Vexione's UI and Atallicus' UI UI are excellent for DPS! I hope the UI can inspire other healers for making their UI as I got mine from Vexione and Atallicus. The video is from Arathi Basin, and I am a Balance Druid during the encounter, so I don't really use the UI for healing, but you can still see every addon in action. I wanted make a video from a boss encounter, but I was saved for all raids, so I didn’t have any other options. I'll make a new video soon with healing soon. I hope you will enjoy.
