I also use classtimers to show diseases on targets, the bars are normally located horizontally above my runebars.

Anyway my UI is based off  Nezoia's Ui it's just edited to suit my needs.
I don't Only stream wow.
Work in progress. Still haven't fixed all borders, minimap, and some of the positioning is a bit iffy.
Fonts are samsrg, Electronica Nine and statusbar texture is pHish33 I think
Took these shots a few days ago after reading the thread and doing some efficiency tweeking. I've since disabled the MUF for decursive. I use mouseover healing and decursing anyway. I only use the MUF when I'm tanking so I don't have to eat a keybinding. I use ABS for managing my action bars between specs.
A few things I've changed since these shots were moving the ZOMG icons right over my unit frame. This helped me keep beacon and sacred shield up 100% of the time last night. I'm still tweaking my SBB setup. I previously had it similar to elkbuffbars (vertically with bars and buff names). Omen pops up between the RF and SS icons (tankadin2) and the class buff bar (AutoBar). I've also disabled the "show empty buttons" in Dominos.
The icons on the first two rows up to Bacon and Divine Plea mimic the layout of my Nostromo pad.

Here's my current UI. Still a few things that i could change/improve;
You can see (from left to right) Focus, FocusTarget, Player, Target, and TargetofTarget frames.
I've made the raid/grid frame a bit larger actually, and the player and raid DPS realtime charts from recount are visible too. Also moved the unti frames down so the top is inline with the top of the minimap. Aside from that, no other changes.

Hi long time no see folks ive stopped playing, BUT not stopped making ui's :P have to have something to do when im not playing... so heres alittle sneakpeak of my new wip, and yes its on a private server hehe its my own... anyway heres the wip though just the Unitframes^^
EDIT: a quick look at the ui... still needs work and yes i like the things where they are:P the buttons are all keybinded but i loike seeing the Cooldowns on the buttons
