im a little confused on roataion/like how to play.
anyone wanna help? lol

Link your build? Blood/Frost isnt that great unless you have good damage output. Id rather go Unholy/Blood for self heal and pets.

Build is meh. This is more of a BG spec than arena spec. No need to have 30 extra Runic Power, I'd rather get Merciless Combat and Unbreakable Armor. If your looking for more of an Arena Spec and overall better pvp spec i would try an Unholy/Blood spec.

Your frost build is fine, although if i were you i'd consider toughness (mostly for the snare reduction) & Acclimation (it's better than it sounds).
