You are using partial PvE and partial PvP gear so it makes it hard to determine as you have posted no numbers.

Starters Information

Crit 28-30% for fresh to 80 in Heroics and some 10 man gear
Hit 262 for hit cap or 8%
AP 2800(Low)-3300(High) depending on the gear 10 man and Heroics + Badge gear.
Gems - Strength only pretty much

This is a start you need to make quite a few changes, Drop that Libram and get http://www.wowhead.com/?item=38362 it's easy and is better, Quit using Seal of Command and use Blood.
