I recentally lvl'd my pally to 80.
My friend wants to start a 2v2 team up with me he is a fury warrior
I was just wondering what holy spec will go best with our setup?

Using this spec in 2v2 with a fury warrior

works like a charm, just remember to use seal of the martyr \ blood.
a spec looking somewhat something like this is also EXTREMELY Nice
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=sxAbxhzhVuMxRhZVsrxb00b(specially in #2's case going with a Fury warrior with low cc, and mortal strike->Repetance to put more pressure on healer, if not kill the target)
but ive also been going with #2's spec until now, tho ill proberly be using the Repetance spec in the future.
True wisdom is to look beyond your own opinion.
Using repentence with fury warrior is going to gimp your survivability like hell. 40 Yards range on judgements is something you can't miss out on.
Seal of the Martyr > Judgement just before polymorphs and you break out. Same with Gouge, Repentence and so on.
There is 2 viable 2v2 speccs for HPalas atm. (With some twists)
49/0/22

This is the most common 2v2 spec for Holy Paladins. The key here is going 22 points in ret, to get Divine Purpose talent with HoF stun removal. There's also the 47/0/24 where you take vindication aswell. Then some ppl prefer to get "Blessed Hands" instead of "Pure of Heart", but that's really ur own choice.
Some people also take Imp Judgement, instead of Imp Might, but since most HPalas play with physical dps classes, imp might is prefered.

Another popular arenaspec. Key things is: 30 sec HoJ - Divine Guardian - BoK
More used in 3v3 and 5v5 brackets, since Divine Guardian is really good there.
Another good thing about this spec is, that if u take a point out of toughness, and put it in BoL, u wont have to respec for PvE.
Theres also alot of twists around this specc, some ppl will f.ex. not take Divine Guardian, but focus more on Holy Talents.
Ok im new to hotkeying so im most likely doing something wrong.
I can hotkey alt to anything but the function keys. I can do alt+f1, f2, f3 but when i get to f4 it crashes my game EVERY TIME! Its annoying because I have to reset all my hotkeys cuz a game crash doesnt save them. Please fix soon!
There is 3 infact, the third being;
37/0/34 Repent spec.

TBH, i rly dont see this as viable. I have yet to meet an even decent paladin specced into thisOriginally Posted by Moosterm
Dunno if it's just morons playing it, but to me it's really weak. You sacrifice way to many things in holy just to get repentance, and getting a 30 sec HoJ, is better than 1 min HoJ + 1 min Repent

Top paladin in the world for 2v2. Repent spec. Combined with a DK, or maybe a Warlock, this is a very, very good spec.
Edit : It's all preference really. Personally I've played 49/0/22 and 37/0/34, I just love having the extra CC. Plus being a Belf, on a healer I could put out a nice amount of CC. HoJ into Rep into Arcane Torrent can lead to a nice kill on the opposing dps.
u oom slower with repent spec also. i wouldnt bother with repent with a warrior though. 49/0/22 is what i would go.
i'm a rogue nerf me please.
Yes. Picking up JotW gives me back around 700 mana, along with replenishment. With this spec you rarely cast Holy Light and try more to keep SS up and use Holy Shock and FoL as your primary spells, so with a nice mana pool you can last for quite a while.
