Obviously I think its the legendary for healers. Nice.
But I think you may have a problem making one since you need 40 fragments to make and can only have 30. fail or block?

It's interesting that the tooltip says to combine 40 fragments, etc. However, the fragments are Unique(30). So either this is fake, or maybe just a bug with the tooltip?
