Insane Mana Regen or not?

Would stacking the following talents stack, and thus increase mana regeneration tremendously?

Meditation (allows 50% to regain while casting)
Holy Concentration (increases mana regen by 50% after critting most heals)
Imp. Spirit Tap (increases mana regen by 33% after critting MB or SW)

Would this put mana generation at 133% if HC and I.ST procced at the same time? Thus actually increasing mana regeneration higher then normal?

I don't think anyone will test it since that's a horribad spec.

first of all, there is a cap on that regen, 100% while casting. you cant have more regen while casting than you do out of the fsr.
secondly, thats a horrible spec, and you're throwing 5 points away in the shadow tree when they would be better spent picking up useful talents in holy or disc.

i'm not sure the effects are multiplative or additive. but if you really want to try it out atleast take this spec:

it would strain you to pure aoehealing without taking any talents to back greater heal up...
