I may be wrong.. but it doesn't mention anywhere what patch will the tournament arena be upon. If 3.1 goes live, tournament arena will apply 3.1... hence changing strats. I tried finding information upon tournament realm if it's going to be on 3.1 or 3.0.9.. I just couldn't find credible answers. If anyone can clarify or know anything about this.. would help alot.. thanks .. hoping this is not a troll.. I don't do posts.. :S

Note : Logically it would be 3.0.9 ... and should remain this way... but if it is 3.1 decicing on racials will be mandatory.
