does toughness(mining skill) scale with bear form

dont know if this was already asked, if so then i didnt find it and i apologise

just wondering if anyone knows if the 50+ stam from the mining skill will scale in bear form or if it will just give 500 hp or 625hp(25% +in bear)

also will it stak with any other buffs such as kings?
meaning 50+5 from kings=55 making 687 hp in bear.

anyone any ideas?

it's no longer 500HP..it's 50STAM.. it scales with any stam%+

im looking at the end result. so it will give 500hp (50*10)

Yes and no.

25% bear / 20(10)% hotw / 6% sotf / 2% motw (new) <- self buffed
Did I miss something?
So, yes. It stacks with bear form.
