all of those are pretty solid builds imo. I do like taking deathchill as frost though. mainly for just snap aggro on ass pulls or trash :P merciless combat is prolly where I'd trade a point out of.

Your frost build is very well done, I wouldn't change much about it.

In the Blood spec, I would change out Scent of Blood and Spell Deflection for Blood Gorged and Hysteria. Hysteria is a very good raid tool, and since Armor Pen got a buff, I'm betting the free 10% is going to be very nice.

They are talking about revamping Scent of Blood, and so obviously things may change. I'd need to see what the encounters of Ulduar are like before comitting to Spell Deflection as well. Currently, most of the magic you encounter is AE. Sarth's breath, for example.

As for your Unholy spec, I would find a way to make room for Unholy Presence. There's a reason they removed the raid aspect of that talent, and it's because 15% runspeed at all times is very very good.

As Frost, I would defenitely take Subversion. 9% Crit für OB is great because it will become your main skill with 3.1.

It is already your main skill now for single target threat... Really bladed armor and 2hand spec are better threat per point than subversion, and there really isnt 3 points i could free up for it.

1 point in Epidemic, because they increased the length of the diseases to 15 seconds unskilled. 1 point from Merciless Combat, all in all Subversion will be more of a damage increase than Merciless Combat.

I won't skill Epidemic at all, works perfectly for me.

I like the unholy build....I know unholy is a rather bloated tree, but why no wandering plague? Did you feel in was not necessary? I have been an unholy Tank since day one, and I cannot imagine Tanking without it. Is it overkill?

It is by will alone I set my mind in motion. It is by the coffee in this cup that thoughts acquire speed, teeth acquire stains. Stains serve as a warning. It is by will alone I set my mind in motion...

Your crit % isn't high enough to make use of Wandering Plague as a tank. Outside of 3% from Ebon Plaguebringer, you will maybe have 16% raid buff crit chance. You will see procs but not nearly enough. Also, this only really helps AOE tanking, and not even that much. Single target DPS (TPS) would come from having more RP gain for Rune Strikes/Death Coils/Unholy Blights and more melee stats such as hit, Strength, and expertise. Also, having a IIT or Imp WF totem + having Bloodlust helps keep your TPS up to par with everyone else's DPS due to Necrosis and BCB.

Re: 3.1 Tank builds (blood, frost, unholy) >>LOOK HERE<<

I may have to give some of these specs a try when my DK hits 80. My only problem is not going in deep enough to a tree for a 51 point talent, but then again I'm used to playing my bloated feral tank.

I can't say much for the blood and unholy trees since I've been frost since day one. As for frost, I suppose I can see where hungering cold wouldn't be that useful, though that doesn't stop it from being fun to use, but i suppose i can handle not having it. The same can be said for acclimation. I've seen arguments for and against taking it, so I'm a little on the fence. I can see lichborne being useless now, since it is like a copy of WotF now. But why not the runic power mastery? I hard that with the new frost strike glyph, this spell would allow for a lot of runic dumpage.

Sorry if someone finds my views a little stupid, but with every DK tree being a potential tank, it's hard to figure out what to take and what not to

I would go more for this frost built: http://ptr.wowhead.com/?talent=j0EMZGxxxV0Iz0hVost0xh

As D&D is uber threat, aoe packs or single, I keep it up as much as possible. als some haste for yourself and raid is very handy as the chance that a shaman that uses (imp) WF is raar. Don't see alot of enhancement shamans nowadays,

I'm not sure how it is in raids, but in regular dungeons I hardly ever drop DnD, and I don't have any aggro problems. Most of my AoE threat comes from nice big HB crits

http://talent.mmo-champion.com/?deat...6&version=9684 My Planned frost build... had to redo it after the lichborne nerf. The points are spent about the same as the live tree (6th point in blood is lichborne on live ), and so far it works just fine.

( Any constructive criticism would be nice. But if you're going to tell me to drop something, please state a reason so maybe I can learn a little something =P )
