"New" Scourge Strike?

Anyone else try Scourge Strike on the ptr and know if it's hitting any harder than it does now?

I'm trying to decide what pvp spec I'm going to use after the patch, and frost is looking good with undispellable chillblains, new unbreakable armor, and the ability to get pet ghoul now that it's only a 16 pt talent in unholy.

Although, the desecration fix and the better scourge strike could make it stay at the top of pvp specs.

Thoughts? Suggestions? What will you be speccing for pvp?

Frost should be better against clothies, unholy still has superior damage reduction though

The only damage reduction in unholy would be bone armor. Is it really that good compared to improved frost presence and the new unbreakable armor? Especially since bone armor's cd is getting doubled.
