Is this a 3 point or 5 point talent in 3.10? They've been saying they are changing it to a 3 point talent for the same effect for like 2 months now, and the "updated" talent calculator never seems to reflect that. Anyone on PTR have answer? Thanks.

It's 5 points on the PTR, but it also increases Frost Strikes damage by 15 %.

yeah the frost tree isn't as bloated as say, the unholy tree. so instead of a few free points and to help compensate for the howling blast change, they instead used it to help beef up frost strike.
