Does decimate work for you on PTR?
For 3 days now I don't get the decimate buff even when mob is < 25%.
It used to work for me.
I didn't change my spec since then (Fg/Ember build).
I use incinerates.
I never see the buff on me.
It's not a display error, I tried to soulfire multiple times in execution range after incinerating, no go, still a loooong cast.
Anyone with similar issues?

old news ^^ its broken for two builds now ^^
Many class changes. You won't like the ones made to your own class but you'll think the changes made to the 9 other classes are all overpowered. Tigole
