Icy Touch - Peroidic Damage ALSO...

Hi just want to know if anyone has anymore details on damage of this spell?

Icy Touch has been changed, Frost Fever now also deals periodic damage.

Also, the rune tap now uses a blood rune, that was already like that.

I'm 100% sure that I can see a lot of frost fever damage ticks on my WWS report right this very second from live.

thank you for correcting me u see ive never really relied on the DOTs of icy touch so i must have never noticed

They changed the tooltip, cause it didn't say that it's doing damage, there was only attackspeed in the tooltip

On PTR for a while Rune Tap did not require a blood rune... it was just a usable ability with no rune attached to it.

You can use Rune Tap when you dont have a rune ready, thus you can say Blood Strike x2, activiate RuneTap, and then get in another Blood Strike, Plague Strike, or Icy Touch, just as an example.

Now you will have to have that Blood Rune already off its cooldown in order to turn it into a Death Rune.

I'm well aware on what he might mean. But there isn't mention of Blood Tap (which is working as intended). Rune Tap was the one that was bugged, and as seems from the undocumented changes list, it was likely all fixes to the PTR that were bugged anyway if they seem to make little sense: Frost Fever, Rune Tap, AMZ, et cetera.
