3.1 Resto Glyphs and Spec

Here's what I will be going with for raid healing. Granted, the spec seems like it is pretty much our only choice anyway.

Looks pretty standard, we dont have alot of room to play with, to me things havnt changed too drastically. I can't decide whether to put my pts in Ancestral Healing or Focused Healing. On Live I dont have any problems not having the pushback talent really. So i dont know yet, I always like Imp. Reinc. though.


Is what I will probably use: (with the 2/3 in healing focus/ anc. healing being 3/3 one or the other once i decide)

I have always found chain heal glyph kinda useless, by the time you get to the fourth bounce its landing for 600-1000, maybe upwards of 2k if you get a nice crit. I always use Glyph of Earth Shield, Lesser Healing wave and Healing wave, then again I do alot of main tank healing in my pugs so maybe mana tide and chain heal would be better for your situation. I am thinking of dropping Glyph of Healing wave for the mana tide one though.

Nice to be able to finally get 3/3 elemental weapon and shield talents finally though hehe

Since we're in my guild almost always running with 2 resto shamans i dont grab imp earthshield and let the other resto take it, i do however take Healing way, since he aint got it and it benefits for both our Healing waves. Also i dont see the point in speccing into Improved healing way for 0.5 reduced cast time if you aint going to take Healing way, since the spell realy aint good without both of em imho.
About Elemental weapons, if you're going Ulduar you should have already cleared nax numerous times as i guess most people have to Elemental weapons aint realy that awesome anymore. Its 30% more on Earthliving weapon which is 100 so 30 spellpower you get. Doesnt stack or anything. I've put the points in healing grace instead so i dont get silly adds on me. From most ptr vids i've seen there's adds in lotsa the fights so i think Healing Grace will be nice for my own survival.
