formula for divine storm dmg atm

why hello there fellow paladins

i see in 3.1 DS will do 110% of weapon dmg, so i wonder, how much is it doing now? I mean, how is dmg of DS calculated?

An instant weapon attack that causes damage to up to 4 enemies within 8 yards. The Divine Storm heals up to 3 party or raid members totaling 25% of the damage caused.

Divine Storm currently is just a copy of whirlwind with a healing effect.

Which means, 100% weapon damage.

That's assuming no particular talents that increase this damage, ofcourse.

Atleast for a short time DS will have some gusto again, then it goes back to the same old neutered DS we live with nowadays.
