DPS Problem HELP!

I have a big problem with dps now. When I was DW with 0/35/36 spec I was getting 1.5k - 1.9k dps in heroics with a green and blue weapons. Now I respeced  to 17/0/54 I bought cloak and 2h epic mace called Titan Steel Destroyer and I am only able to get 929dps constant or 1.010 if I get lucky. Can someone tell me what is going on with this. Is this build good or this build isnt good on dps, which one should I use.

For your spec, move 2 points from dirge to impurity and drop desecration for night of the dead and virulence.

maybe there is a problem with your rotation because i use the same spec and can get 3.5k+ dps in heroics

MY understanding is DW spec is still superior in the current patch?

I'm currently a DW spec (similar to OP) and I can pull 4~5k in Naxx25 bosses (full raid buff)
or 3k with self buff. The result is basically is because the rotation is much easier and
alot of procs.

Ok with current live patch outbreak is not so hot of talent move two pts to virulence and the other into impurity. Drop desecration put another pt into impurity and 2 into Night of the Dead and Two into unholy aura

your glyphs should be SS, Ghoul, DnD

rotation: PS IT BS BS SS UB
SS SS SS DC dump
then continue to do SS if your glyph of SS procs the diseases but if they are going to wear off start the rotation overs

and yes on the current live servers 32/39 spec is the most powerful spec for DK as of this patch follow by diseaseless next

Basically IT spam and PS whenever disease needs refresh and Howling Blast when Rime procs.
Dont wanna link my talent details to avoid trolls
But its a DW spec w/o Scourge Strike (of course =P)

There's a large difference switching to heroics from normal for DPS classes with pre-heroic/raid itemization.

Hey man you just gotta trust me on this... Get your hit rating up, the cap is 264, you won't get those glancing blows and misses as much so your dps should sky rocket.
Also, 51/0/20 puts me on top of the charts... try it out!!! Just google 51/0/20 and it will come up right away. The top DPS'er in all of WOW has diseaseless spec and outputs 7k dps on 25 man bosses.

Whats his armory so I can check it out. I'm maxed out 1650dps on the practice dummies.
