For DKs:
Unholy and blood are gonna be great for dps. Frost dps however, will only be okay and will not be able to compete with blood/unholy. Frost tanking still seems to be fine, but it will mess up some current tanking builds for AoE tanking because howling blast will be a 51 point talent.
