    Howling Blast no runecost?

    Heya

    I may be abit slow but i just recently noted the tooltip on Howling Blast in the latest PTR-build indicates no rune cost.

    Is this for real or merely a typo?

    Responds from ptr-testers appreciated.

    atm on ptr it costs 1 unholy and 1 frost rune and has 8 secs cd

    The Talent Calculator on MMO champ doesn't show rune cost for abilities ._.
