Since my WoW forum account is banned fromt he WoW forums can someone post on in the PTR section and ask if dueling in Dalaran will ever be fixed? tnx

Dalaran is considered a Sanctuary, thus no combat of any kind. It matters not if you are on a PVP or PVE realm and are flagged or not. You can click on an opposing faction to see if they are flagged, but they will appear as a friendly blue to you when in Dalaran.

The same thing happened in Shattarath back in the Burning Crusade.

If folks found spots where they could duel in the city via some exploit or a tiny spot that was not considered Sanctuary, then you were lucky. Otherwise it's never gonna be fixed.

um...i belive this place in underbelly where arena masters are,is official spot for duels stated by blizzard O.o

Exactly the problem is when you duel someone no one can attack each other or one person can attack the other while the other cant attack.
