Insanity of Fate is currently looking for a few raiders to strengthen its roster. With just Yogg-Saron remaining to kill, IoF are currently tied for 3rd in Alliance Ulduar progression on the server, and, fully intending to keep its top ranking in the months to come, we would like to expand our roster flexibility for the many challenges that Ulduar offers.

Most desired classes/specs at the moment include:

1 death knight dps
1 druid balance
1 druid restoration
1 mage
1 priest holy
1 shaman restoration
1 shaman enhancement

However, exceptional applications from all classes will be considered. Being draenei is a plus, and if you’re a gnome, prepare to be repeatedly mocked and made fun of.

Background

Insanity of Fate is about 3 years old, retaining the core guild roster back since Molten Core days. We aim to raid with a tight roster of talented reliable high-attendance players, and we like to have fun doing it.

What we expect of you:
- Top-performing, theorycrafting freaks who are excellent at the role of their choice.
- Genuine love of progression raiding. Loot is just the icing on the cake, so if all you’re after is shiny purples, please look elsewhere.
- High attendance. We prefer to ensure our raids are always full through high attendance on fewer players rather than low attendance on a lot of players. Our official 25-man raids take place 19:30-24:00 (invites start 19:00) on Sunday through Thursday, with Friday and Saturday sometimes set up as optional raid days during progression raiding. If you are able to make 4/5 raids per week, we’re here to satisfy your thirst.
- Ability to understand and communicate in clear English. We use Ventrilo, and while talking is optional, listening is a must.
- Vanilla/TBC/WotLK high-end raiding experience is a strong plus.

What we offer:
- Focus on progression raiding. If you prefer farming Naxxramas to wiping on a new boss, please do not apply.
- A friendly social atmosphere, both outside raids and during raids. Unless one of the officers is screaming on vent with a Polish accent, but you can grow to enjoy that also.
- Guild-funded consumables on progression raids.
- An option to maintain multiple raid characters. If you manage to keep two characters up to date, and raid balance considerations allow it, we will not insist on a designated main or spec. Few people manage to pull it off to that degree, but the option is always there. Once again, this is just another perk to allow us to keep the roster as tight as possible.
