Elemental leveling

Im currently leveling a shaman at level 68 and is enhancement spec very efficient so far and little downtime, however i was considering just a change in play style and going elly. ive come up with this spec

Also as far as a rotation goes do i just spam LB until i get LvB?

You have it basically on par. The only thing you could do if u wished, not required just personnel preference, would be to switch imp ghostwolf with imp watershield. granted thunderstorm will give u plenty of mana back, and lightning bolt spam is the most efficient casting in the game for shamans. You seem to be set.
