Both Seal and Judgement of Blood are fixed as of today's patch. DPS has dropped by 400 compared to live.

Judging Raid DPS on test dummies is wrong. JoB/JotM should still scale very well with raid buffs. As should the seal dmg.

Yes, SoB/M were definitely fixed in the latest PTR build that went out today/last night. I am around 2.5k average seal crits and was doing 3.5k max. Last week I was barely even getting 2k max.

As for overall DPS I went up about 200 from live when just screwing around on a dummy. Dunno how you dropped by almost 400.
