What is the strat being used on Gothik in the 25-man video? The gate's open from the very start? o_O Everyone on live side and take care of dead stuff as it wanders over? Is there a reason most guilds don't just do it this way?

Also, what is up with adding TONS of BoE pets and only a few BoP mounts in this patch, when it's way (way, WAY) harder to get 100 mounts than 75 pets? If they're going to add all these pets, we need a 100 pets achievement, and a 75 mount achievement would be nice as a midpoint since the stretch from 50 to 100 involves getting like a dozen 1% drops (and winning the rolls).

We stayed on living side and killed everything. After a certain amount of time (fixed timer) the gate will open and all the spawned undead mobs will rush towards living side. We kill that and then it's just kill living -> kill undead.

DLC was very funny but if they honestly believe that everyone does that, they are fucking douchebags (funny douchebags). DE mats are always better than selling greens. Hook your friend up with all the greens you actually loot instead of hording them, and it becomes a lot easier to ask your friend for a sizeable number of mats when you need an enchant.

Ah, cool, thanks. Sounds like a reasonable way of doing it, if you can handle the initial add rush doing it that way. (And since it's mostly trainees and a few death knights at that point, not a huge amount of dps needed.)

First video was awful, you couldn't see any of the fights because the camera was in perpetual motion, always changing direction to boot. Didn't watch the second after the headache the first 2 minutes of the first video gave me.
