I've cleaned up my UI to take up as little screen relestate as possible, so that I am actually looking at the world as opposed to info and such.

My bar hiding ability is programmed using Bartender, through 'Custom Conditionals' option on the visibility tab.
My chat box is toggled (using the tild key) with this macro (on an always hidden bar):[nocombat]fade;[mouseover]show;combat[show]

still need to work on a boss mod, the raid frames {ElvUI hates my guts sometimes}, and I think I need to find a better tool tip; and maybe a better buff/debuff tracker than what Elv offers

I don't understand why you upload screens from when everything is idle. It is easy to use "hide when out of combat", and when you're in combat, everything changes.
What really matters is how it looks when in a raid.
You should probably upload both idle-screenshot and a raid-screenshot.
