HaT on top, probably followed by Combat. (Although nothing's definit yet, Mutilate might turn out to be better than Combat... chances are not all that high though, especially when thinking about the Cooldowns Combat provides.)

hat > muti > combat would be my guess. mutilate glyph w/ 4pc bonus is teh sex
