    Shadowburn shouldnt consume a soulshard anymore

    I think it could work but it needs some work to make it balanced in pvp (and pve).

    WTB minor glyph so it wont cost a shard. Dont think it should be baseline. (although with minor it will almost be :P)

    That said, it still needs a rework. I mean the damage it does now compared to TBC, same for Searing Pain, is to low.. but with Conflag/CB (which both do already absurd damage) I think that would be to much to ask and maybe to OP.

    oww and the farming for shards is over, start casting DS on a target dummy or in a duel. and there you go 10 shards ;D.

    Blizz should have just made shards stack in 20s. three stacks of 20, no more stupid soul pouch. Make it so you can hold 60 shards (for those raiding Locks, or hardcore pvpers), and for the douche bags that complained about DS adding so many shards that they had to manually pull them out their bags, well they should just reroll another class.

    Shadowburn Rank 10
    20% of base mana 20 yd range
    Instant cast 15 sec cooldown
    Reagents:
    Soul Shard
    Instantly blasts the target for 775 to 865 Shadow damage. If the target dies within 5 sec of Shadowburn, and yields experience or honor, the caster gains a Soul Shard.

    warlock's is warlock's
    mage don't have 22k+ hp and permanent pet.
    and dot's
    and fear
    if you don't want to farm shard's - don't farm it
    and don't use shadowburn
    shard's make's warlock's unique class and don't try to delete it =(
    i think if you use it and you have soulshard - it deal more damage, or slow target, or put's another effect on target.

    I tend to agree with him, mages and warlocks are totally different, and shouldnt be compared.

    And annoying as it is that my partner has to farm shards every 10 games between arenas... Its your class.

    It does the same thing.
    Locks has a longer CD, does less damage and requires a Soul Shard.

    Its the same with Immolate and Moonfire being theirs is instant cast (spammable) where as ours isn't but it makes up for it with Conflag.

    I think with the ease of stacking shards now it costing a shard doesn't really matter either way. I would like to see the range increased on it though at least to the range of sbolt. Shadowburn has become very useful in a PVE affliction rotation the issue is its hard to stay in range for it very often.
