AGH! dps problems!

hey i just went arms for 3.1 to start dpsing on my warrior.... I have mostly tanked in the past so I am not all that familiar with it but anyway my rotation has been
keep up rend
op when its up
MS when up
Sudden death
slam/HS with extra rage

So anyway today in naxx 10 i was only putting out 2.2-2.4k dps ... waht can i change? here is my armory forgive a couple retarded gems i am pretty much poor and in the past didnt spend much on gemming my DPS gear...

is the problem my expertise? i knew thats low but that cant be all... and what numbers should i be around for dps in a 10 man?

um your not hit capped and pvp gear is for pvp

there is already a 3.1 arms dps compendium that should be able to solve all your problems.

it should be in warrior somewhere near top.
