Use a different mod...or something. What are you using?

yeh was my bad.. im using dominos but the GCD mod is quartz

I had a similar issue on my dk. I use quartz and dominos too, but I believe omni cc was the culprit.

was fiddleing around more with it today and realized that the spells arent affected by GCD so they wont dispplay one
