What do you think to this Arms talent tree, all comments and advise welcome!

Hi all. I'm currently a lvl 72 fury warrior, and have been reading on the "dramatic" changes to fury's dps. I've been thinking about going back to arms anyway (re-specced fury at 60), and the the changes have done nothing to sway this thought.
My thinking is that with the new duel spec, i'll go prot and arms. Arms will be both my pvp spec and dps for raids. So i've had a go with the talent calculator and i figure that what i got should be fine for both circumstances.
    Here it is;

    Hope thats hyperlinked ^^

Basically it's all of the arms talents really but i would be grateful as to any advice you could give me, even if it's to tell me that the above just won't be any good.
Thanks for taking the time to read this and thanks in advance if you leave me any advice.
    Bye!

You can't have an Arms spec that is viable for both PvE and PvP.In PvP you need talents like improved hamstring, second wind etc. but in PvE you don't need these talents(They are wasted points if you ask me).In my opinion it's not worth for a warrior to take dual spec, because :
A:You can always get a better or different weapon so you must change the weapon specialization from time to time.
B:You can have prot for PvE or PvP but that isn't recommended.
Sry but you just wasted 1k gold for nothing. If you want you can keep the talents like that but it won't be better if you just respec for 50 gold.

I haven't yet bought the duel spec. It would have been a waste of money otherwise i agree. I figured that there isn't many talents in other trees that help make arms PvE better. Are there? I tried to include as many of the decent PvP talents as possible. I suppose your right about not being able to pull both off in one tree and be good at both. I reckon it's worth a try though :P. I'm an orc so I'll probably be using an axe most of the time but yeah i agree that the weapon specialisation will be changed often.
    Thanks Unbreachable

17 points in fury as Arms PvE is required. Cruelty, AttT, then a few points of filler so you can get to Improved Execute.

I want PvP/E in one spec' so that i can tank in the other cos it's so much fun as a warrior ;D. But, yeah the easiest way of doing this would be to duel spec in both arms PvP and PvE, but wheres the fun in that?

Does no-one have any thoughts as to how it can be acheived? I don't expect it to be the best at both. More of a comprimise between the two.

No one wants to take a mediocre dps or mediocre tank. Why would you want to do that to yourself or the groups you're in? I don't feel that I am trolling you at all. You need to maximize for something. As stated earlier in the thread, you have to take certain talents in pvp that you wouldn't for pve and vice versa. You will be nerfing yourself and that doesn't make much sense.

In the end, if you're hellbent on it, invent your own spec.

Neither do i! My thought is that if any spec and class could do it and be alright at both in one spec', it's arms.
I've been lookin at other peoples proposed trees, and from what i can see i'm not nerfing myself too much. I don't have comanding pressence and Imp Execute for PvE, and I don't have 3 points in Imp Hamstring i have 2. Oh and Blood Craze.

As for mediocre tank, my prot spec is gonna be full on. I decided on this one http://talent.mmo-champion.com/?warr...2&version=9767.

I do appreciate and understand what your saying though.

You can perfecty do BG's in a Arms pve spec, for the more heavy Arena's the full PvP spec arms is a must. So it depends if you want to do an occasional BG and dps mainly in raids/heroics go for the pve spec. You want to do serious aren's ? go for pvp spec

You've got exactly what i'm after doing with my arms spec. What do you think about it? I've tried to balance it so that i don't lose out in PvE but will do better in battle grounds.

Remove 2pts in Imp Hamstring + take one from Iron Will and put them in TM. This will not change anything from your pve point of view but will make a better pvp spec.
