Mitigation to Stam values...?

Ok, well this might have went over or not, i could'nt find it so i figured i would just ask as im sure there are more people with the same questions as me. I am a prot warrior, with pretty decent gear, But i socket all my shit with mitigation parry / stam dodge / stam shield block enchant and generally look for block upgrades, but im realizing with...
24 % dodge
20 % Parry
26 % block
but only having 28k makes healers weary or even getting into groups is a hassle to explain myself... So my question is really, what should my mitigation be over all and is there ever a point that there is too much mitigation, my agro / threat is fine, and my dps is actually pretty good 1400 - 1500 solo boss fight. I have tanked maly saph with no problems but, i am having doubts of not having enough stam. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
