    3.1 druid tank consumables.

With the massive druid changes, i have to wonder what elixirs to use. Im an alch, so every elixir/flask is viable, but whats the best?

    Agil or AP for battle?
    armor or health for guardian?

and for food, agil or AP?

Its probably still agil, but just want to hear thoughts.

also, for flasks, though i probably wont be using flasks as 2 elixis are always better. But if i plan on wiping alot (ulduar) should i go for 180 AP or 1300 health?

Personally, I'd take the 1300hp flask hands down, anytime.

If you want to go for elixirs, then agility + health, hands down again.

    As for food, agility.

The thing is, AP is a good stat. But not superior to agility. As long as they give comparable bonuses, AP will be a sup-par choice.
If you look at it from a different perspective, you get yourself in the situation of a paladin or a warrior. Block value is a good stat, godly sometimes. But pure avoidance is still better.

    Thats what i thought.

One last question, is agil+health better than Gurus+health?

i forgot i had a stockpile of Gurus in the bank. +20 to all stats(+mixology) seems it might outweigh a straight up +45 agil.

    with mixology

    26 stam
    26 agil
    26 str

    vs a 60 agil

26 str isn't really worth noting. It'll turn to about ~60 AP, meaning reduced incoming damage by 15 on SD procs.

    26 agil + 26 stam vs 60 agil

Considering agility is the priority stat, and you'll probably be taking the fort elixir along with it, I'd stick with agility and fort.

Why is the Stam Elixier hands down better than the Armor One?

There's armor pots if you really need armor.

I'm just curious why they didn't increase the amount of health gained from a fort elixir. 350 HP vs 1300 from a flask??

I personally believe the 1300 flask is awesome considering we lost a hit on our hp. Also while raiding you generally are getting armor buffs on armor from the priest/shaman heals. I do not know the specific names of the spells.

Ancestral Fortitude (shaman) and Inspirtaion (Priest)
