    Arcane dmg boost in 3.1?

    So i was doing a WG10 the other night and my mage isn't the most geared in the world doing normally 2200~ dps but with dual spec I went full on PVE arcane and my blasts were critting for over 10k and I was keeping up about 2800 dps. Did anything change?
    70 Warlock - The Scryers
    80 Hunter - Gorefiend
    80 Druid - Gorefiend
    80 Death knight - Gorefiend
    80 Shaman - Gorefiend
    80 Mage - Gorefiend
