My elemental shammy and rotation..

Hey ! i have a resto shamy and i have just bought the dual talent spec.. and i want to know the hit cap for a tauren shaman and the rotation..
my rotation is this

Flame Shock -> Lava Burst -> Lighting bolt x 4 -> lava burst -> flame shock ..
