Anyone managed to solo Ossirian without debuffing him?

Hi,

I'm just farming some money in ZG an AQ20. As feral you can easily solo every boss but that vesp there - also Buru is quite hard and not worth the effort.
But it would cut down the time you need if you could avoid having to kill all the adds in front of Ossirian to pull him to the crystals. But I don't see how it would be possible to solo him when he is enraged all the time. He hits for 2k then, plus 4k thunderclap. I've tried in cats und bears equip, my best attempt was 15%. Avoidence is probably the key, but I'm not sure how to gear - and where to get that gear from.
Anyone already managed to kill him enraged, and wants to share some hints?

I did.
All you need is to have the usual tanking talents and decent gear.
I have almost all BiS pre-3.1 items and he barely scratched me, so I'm sure u can do it with worse gear too...



P.S: Bearshield is op in low level content.

As someone whos been soloing lvl 60 raid bosses since lvl 70 sunwell patch, with the recent additions of savage defense we dont even need Nurturing instinct in a build anymore because we just just sit in bear and /lol as SD + Imp LoTP keep us up

yeah savage defense makes soloing old content far easier

i actually went out and did it a few hours ago just for the hell of it.

tank spec + dps gear and i stayed on or very near 100% the whole fight since he was hitting me for the same amount as my shield absorbed (~1500) and with the 50% crit it was up for every hit i didnt dodge.
