[H]SoD (KT) - Uld 11/14 - LFM - Raid from 8pm30CET to 0am30

Hello. We need fresh blood for our adventures in Ulduar.

Pre Ulduar whole content has been cleared including all hard modes (except Immortal / blame luck)
Shadows of Doom exist since Everquest and a part of it went in wow during the vanilla alpha.

Our particularity is mainly our raid window timer as it allow our worker members that finish their day's work a bit late and still have a chance to take part into our raids.
Raiding hours:
Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday from 8pm30 start until 00am30 max, although If we are close to downing the content we may extend the raid beyond 00:30 but it's quite rare.

What we are looking for...in you:

^ You are 18 years old or over with a good mature and tolerant attitude towards others and raiding goals.
^ You apply with your main well geared level 80 character (Right Enchant, Right Gems, Right Reputations)
^ You play your character with great skill and possess a determined, positive & competitive attitude.
^ You also want to commit yourself towards competing endgame achievements and content for the forseeable future including the summer months.
^ You can have a very good attendance & be present for the full raid duration time. (As a trial raider it is preferred that you can make as close to 80% as possible during your trial so that we can make an accurate evaluation.)
^ You have the ability to take on constructive critism maturely in and out of raids and when discussing encounters on WWS.
^ You are of course not worried by repair bills, and have the time to grind gold you need to be fully prepared with consumables, up to date enchants and gems also.
^ You are able to read and communicate or receive instructions on Ventrilo easily in English language. (We expect you to speak aswell)
^ You intend to be raiding in this game with us long term and in the summer months aswell.
^ You don't mind using the dual spec or at least respeccing on a particular raid should we need you to do so.

Learning encounters can take a long time, so if you quit easily, get stressed at retrying and/or are only in it for the loot, this is not the guild for you.
