Everyother profession gets to use their bonuses in arenas, except alchs. Endlesscmana and health potions are a joke. Why can't elixrs work?

Since you are using endless potions, do they share the same CD than usual potions ?
If yes then they suck hard !
They don't share a CD per se, but you still get the potion debuff so you can't use both in one fight.Originally Posted by Trample
And normal potions aren't usable in arenas anyway.
You know what is better than drinking a beer? Brewing your own beer. And then drinking it. And then... Drinking another beer. And then, punching somebody in the snout! That's what!

It's just a game.
Allowing elixirs to stay after arena death would be pretty neat and not really overpowered or anything. It's probably just a pain to code or not high enough on the priority list.
Also if you pump out 50 games in one night assuming the elixir buff gets wiped before every arena like normal buffs do. You would run through tons of mats and gold in the process making it not worth your time if your not a gladiator level player.
I wish it was a little bit stronger, and I also wish it was a 1 min CD like the rest of the potions (it has a 3 min CD), but I quite like it. Macro it with the PvP trinket and its a 5k heal that works while I am silenced.
The endless mana potion is absolutely worthless though.
Best solution would be to implement "Gladiators Flask of XY" which should only grant the amount of stats which alchemists get of normal flasks over non-alchemists.
About 38 spellpower for gladiators flask of the frostwyrm for example.
They should be reasonable in the mats they require (meaning NO frostlotus, perhaps a small amount of honor points) and should only work in arenas (and perhaps bgs)
