A friend of mine was recently wondering what level Engineering you needed to skin the Flame Leviathan, but there were no results to be found on Wowhead/Google.
I'm assuming 450 because of the Hog parts, but I'm not entirely sure.

That is certainly not 450, because i "skinned" flame leviathan with skill 421. So i guess its something like 400

if it's like onyxia, it's probably ( level + 3 ) * 5 = 415

It is 415, since he's a boss he counts as level 83, and 83*5=415.
If I was a Blizz server technician, I'd hijack a server and use it to download porn 24/7. Guess why the instance servers always are full B]
