as soon as the second member of IC is slain (thus granting steabreaker the second stack of SC), steelbreaker gains two abilities :

• OP, which is cast at his current target, be it tank or not (nota bene - it has no cooldown)
• EC, cast on himself; it allows him to gain a stacking buff (one stack per each raid member that is killed by him)
