Rellly need some help with DK arena....im beginner...thx a lot...

Hi, Im a beginner of Arena for DK....im jus wondering about my resilence and my gears ??? i kept feel my resilence is too low...coz i saw other DK on top rating, they hav like more than 500....and also the bracer...i dunno shall i use PVE or PVP.....since PVE gave me 30 more attack power...also the twinket....i dunno wut to wear...shall i wear Bandit's Insignia (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40371) or +90 strength nobles??? since im night elf....hav to wear a PVP twinket...so i only got 1 spot left...

My ap is 3650 after Horn of winter, 417 resilence with PVE bracer, 450 resilence with PVP bracer
