    PTR 3.1.2 - Build 9889
    A new build has been deployed on PTRs, the talent calculator has been updated to the latest build.

    New Pet - Grunty the Murloc Marine!
    A new pet has been added to the game files, Grunty the Murloc Marine will be given to people attending the Blizzcon 2009.

    lol nice pet there..and Well the Juggernaut nerf was coming. Why not 10% instead of 7? Lol...Let's see if ppl stop QQing now about warriors

    If that is the Blizzcon reward I am going to be so incredibly angry. That pet is amazing and it is crap that something so cool would be limited to those who live in California, can leave work for a week to drive there, or have $1000 to drop on ebay. Hopefully it is included in the SC2 limited edition box whenever that is released.

    7% is basically 1 second reduction...and they didnt just mess with juggernaught...that hits prot with Warbringer as well...

    But its basically a 1 second reduction now, instead of 3 seconds. Guess i have a minor glyph slot to fill...sigh...wait....two of them....i have that glyph on both my specs.

    Major glyph spot. And If you had looked at the actual changes, you'd see that Juggernaut is getting reduced to 25% crit chance instead of 100%. : /

    Note the signature, I am prot. I dont really care about Juggernaught. Other than the fact this is going to piss my friends off.

    And someone asked why 7% and not 10, i was telling them the most likely reason.

    Meh. Nerfing the guaranteed crit on Juggernaut is fine, I'll admit that was OP. But nerfing Glyph of Rapid Charge pushes warriors right back down to the bottom of the food chain again.

    Warriors have plate, shields and Defensive Stance and virtually no active defenses. I think warriors are doing better because DKs are more balanced now and because warriors got Juggernaut.     Warriors are a different story, i cant heal through their dmg, even with Earth shield on myself, I just cant, if I cast i have to deal with 75% ms, and if i dont then yeah...great.

    This had to be the most retarded nerf Blizzard has every done to Arms Warriors by nerfing Juggernaut's chance to crit via Slam or MS down to 25%. I could see if it were nerfed to 50%, but 25% is just absurd.

    I really hope they consider buffing the damage done via MS at this point.

    Nerfing to the ground would mean removing charge from being used in combat imo

    3 seconds changed to 1 and a 100% crit to 25%.Either way arms has improved alot since 3.1.
