I've done Thaddius fine on 10 man, only tried him once on 25-man. I got kicked because Failbot announced I'd failed at moving even though my death was caused by Thadduis himself attacking me as the tank died.

Another important point is what direction you're going to rotate around him, because I always go anti-clockwise, but most groups neglect to decide their rotation direction and thus wipe first switch.

However, most guilds resent that as to do it you need to have good reflexes and a good connection. If you don't do it pretty much right after it's switched the chances are high that you'll hit people.

And the lag excuse is BS - I farmed Naxx on a laptop with 3 ms when it was a lag fest you just need to start moving before the switch happens
