Only the tank and even they don't really need it. Just makes it easier.

Neither does to be honest, we just heal through the frozen blows, and healers/dps having frost res gear is more a commonsense issue, dont let your ticks stack up and say out of drifts/ wait for the snow to fall before moving in.
"Marking targets, coordinating CC, and *most importantly*, pulling responsibly so that 9 elites didn't rush us and wipe the party. I'm sorry, but those skills, entirely missing now in WotLK, are the real signs of skill and ability to tank effectively."
