You have second best enchants on three pieces of gear. Shoulders (30/10), Cloak (16), and Chest ( 8 ). Your gear reflects that you raid 25mans. Your gemming is very acceptable. Seeing that you aren't hit capped, the +hit gem in your shoulders is not a bad idea and you get more +hit from the socket bonus.

With 25man raid buffs, you should be pulling 4-5k+ DPS on most fights. With lesser gear than yours and doing mostly 10mans, I often do 3.8-4.5k DPS depending on the fight.

http://www.wowhead.com/?item=42987 is better than either of your trinkets. It was the best trinket during Naxx/Maly/OS and it is still the best trinket throughout Ulduar. This trinket is just like DMC: Crusade which was BiS throughout all of TBC until Sunwell.

greatness is still BiS as far as trinkets go. Also this is just me, but I never wear leather. The raw attack power on it does not scale with kings therefore i avoid it.

Yes it is. Libram of Discord is 23.5 DPS before armor while Libram of Radiance is 19.25 DPS before armor. I'd go for the arena Libram is I were you. A constant 120/144 AP is far better than either of those.

looking at your sig...are those stats still bugged or are you actually under hit and expertise cap?

For PVE Set i had so switch bladed steelboots back in to counter the miss of hit rating when switching in t8.5 helm for t7.5...now at ~270 hit rating 5,75% exp

Upgrade the libram to one of the arena ones
Upgrade a trinket to DMC: Greatness. +90 Str

You could also drop mining for Blacksmithing, but I have the same professions and haven't. I plan to when my DK is in Northrend though.
