Has not been updated since the Suppression change, but the only pertinent thing to know is that Suppression is the only +hit talent now and effects all spells.

368 if you have suppression
342 if you have suppresion and a Draenei with you
and i think its 263 if you have suppression, a Draenei with you and also a moonkin/shadow priest with you.

It's even more important to be hitcapped as affliction than it is as destro or demo. There are no individual casts of great great importance in destro or demo (They're mostly just immolate, incinerate, chaos bolts for good measure, keep up some lol dots). While for affliction, a missed haunt is 8 seconds of doing 20% less dps, your shadow embrace will probably fall off at the same time, and kittens will be sacrificed upon an altar for your sacrilege. So yeah, get hit capped as affliction, immediately.

Affliction: 26.23 * 14 = 368
As the post above me said, missing a Haunt cripples your dps. I wouldn't rely on a spriest or boomkin or draenei.

Everything else:
17 base
14 with talents or buff
11 with talents and buff
10 with talents, buff, and draenei.

Always round up.
